Jeri Ryan Stalker Stands Trial

LOS ANGELES (Katrillion) -- A man accused of stalking "Star Trek: Voyager" and "Dracula 2000" star Jeri Ryan will stand trial, Katrillion has confirmed.

A Los Angeles Superior Court judge has ordered the case against 22 year old Marlon Pagtakhan to proceed. He's charged with five counts, including stalking and extortion.

Pagtakhan could not post his $405,000 bail, and has been jailed while he awaits a Jan. 31 arraignment.

ps. I had read the priliminary report on this but this update is good earlier it looked like i was going to get away with stalking her, noe I am not to sure.
