Today, I'm baking

Today I am making 2 salmon mousses. :)

Pumpkin pie is kind of sweet and fairly nutritious, back when I could eat wheat and dairy, I liked to eat a slice of it for breakfast.

You might try sweet potato pie as it has a graham cracker crust, and is heavenly.

Graham crackers are usually still made of wheat, but I could do it crust free! Plus, I have tons of sweet potatoes. I also have some cooked pumpkin I froze a while back, lots of possibilities!

I love sweet potato pie but its Thanksgiving tomorrow so tonight its pecan pie for the after dinner gut busting desert... washed down we a wee dram of scotch.

Pumpkin pie is absolutely delish! :)
With or without the whipped cream.
