Lyrics: Steven Curtis Chapman

Tomorrow morning if you wake up
And the sun does not appear
I, I will be here
If in the dark
We lose sight of love
Hold my hand and have no fear
'Cause I, I will be here

I will be here
When you feel like being quiet
When you need to speak your mind
I will listen
And I will be here
When the laughter turns to cryin'
Through the winning, losing and trying
We'll be together, I will be here

Tomorrow morning if you wake up
And the future is unclear
I, I will be here
As sure as seasons are made for change
Our lifetimes are made for years
So I, I will be here

I will be here
And you can cry on my shoulder

When the mirror tells us we're older
I will hold you
And I will be here
To watch you grow in beauty
And tell you all the things
You are to me
I will be here

I will be true
To the promise I have made
To you and to the One
Who gave you to me
I, I will be here
I will be here

This is by Rod McKuen.

Tomorrow morning if you wake up,
And the cat has stolen you brassiere,
You can buy yet another A-cup,
While Liberace whispers in your ear.

Leave it to the Cannuks to make fun of the under-endowed.

Yes, but McKuen also had a number of tributes to the massively mammaried set. Here is but one quality example.

You tits flow out like an ocean,
Heteros want to give them a lick,
They bounce and flop with emotion,
While I suck on my boyfriend's dick.

By the way, this was considered a breakthrough for McKuen, since only 96.7 percent of the public suspected he was gay.
The poem above was published in 1974, four years after his enormously successful "Listen to the Warm" compilation. It was included in another compilation entitled "Slide you wet middle finger up my sphincter."
