Her brother (Age14) began seeling her to his friends when she was only 12. this went on most of her life with her parents not willing to know what was going on. They were always too busy with their lives to even really care that they had children.
Several years of this passed and she hooked up with the local Crime family as an adopted daughter of sorts to the aging Don. WIthon a few months of joining the family she was given complete control over being the Madame to all of his houses and club extra features. Her brother turned around and became a cop. Skirting the edge of law and prison so he can still harass and abuse his sister even going through any of her "Girls" to get to her. His latest "Message" to his sister was in the form of a young Tibetan gur that was a runaway from a family alot like Cheriss childhood.
No one had ever gotten close to Cheriss emotionally especially no male, her girls and a fellow "Family sister" were all that she cared about even risking her own life as if it didn't mean all tha much to her. Any jail time they tried to get her to do the Don got her out of it very quickly even if they had her dead to rights for nearly killing someone that hurt one of the girls*
Could anyone reach her heart? Only time will tell.
