Angel just made this statement on another thread, and I agree.

I've been thinking all morning about what I've learnt sexually and otherwise from this site, not just here but, stories and chat.

I've learnt that we don't all see things the same way when it comes to sex, some of us like Pain, some of us don't. Some like to be Dominated and some don't. Some like Hairy women but most don't (LOL).

You see what I've learnt is that I'm not so alone in what I like and don't like, I see myself as quite "Normal" now, where as before I thought myself "odd". I understand that we all look at things differently, and most of the time your going to disagree with someone so much that you feel the need to shove your own opinion down their throat (Guilty as charged on this).

We are different in everything we do, but you know, one without the other and the world is one hell of a boring place.

What do you think? Do you think we should all be the same sexually? All like the same things? Or do you like that we have such a difference in opinions and let people know that?

I like the fact that we can come here discuss, maybe disagree and then get on with it.

Let's keep the conversation open, because as we get more members, you never know what little bit of information in one of your posts does to help them.

Since I've been here I've done so many things because they have been suggested or mentioned by someone else. Well done for making me open my mind and learn from you all.

Boring....

Yep...if everyone liked the same things it would definitely be boring. And the different opinions do help in learning different ways to look at the same thing. I have learned a few things on here. And although I don't agree with everything it's still good to hear someone else's view. In life you don't have to agree with everything but if you close your ears to others opinions your chance of learning decreases. Closed minds don't learn.

I enjoy visiting here and reading about peoples likes and dislikes. I love y'all!!

I really think that variety is the spice of life. One of the things I really like about my circle of friends is that there are so many differing lifestyles & points of view. There is way too much interference in other people's business, IMO. I hear it all the time about why I don't get married to the man I love with all my heart. Due to family considerations, the wedding is on indefinite hold. What matters most is that we love each other & our arrangement works. I am constantly amazed at how many people think there must be something wrong with me because I like living alone. I hate how it came about, but I do like having my own space. I have learned a lot in my time here at Lit & enjoy the differing opinions we have. Life is too short to be bored by the same food, the same kinds of people, the same thoughts & so on & so forth.

But seriously, I understand where you are coming from. In this world, if we were all alike, I fear the suicide rate would be much much higher. I like different. It is what draws me here. No one is the same. We all have opinions. And we can still argue reasonably. Well, sometimes
