Probably not the answer you're looking for, but you do not want to dick around with your endocrine system. You might get the breasts you desire, but since hormones affect just about every other function in our bodies, you might also get a whole host of side effects/disorders you didn't count on.
If you're determined to develop your own breasts, please do yourself a favor and seek a qualified, medical professional.

Not too much to add here. What you're seeking is best done under the advice of a medical care provider who specializes in some kind of gender transformation. While you may not think you need psych counseling, patients here will undergo a psychiatric evaluation and subsequent treatment as a part of the overall treatment plan. This is not to suggest that you are mentally flawed as much as to assist you with transitions.

Your post is an interesting one. I have no supplier info - trusted or otherwise - about where one could procure bewbs, but I do have some questions for you.
How do you sexually identify yourself. You mention that you are bi in your post, which is support by your desire to enjoy peni in your mouth (another post you'd made) and have sex with your wife (a woman, yes?), but I am curious as to how you identify, or see yourself. Do you identify as a man, a man who is attracted to men and woman? Or do you identify as a woman, who is attracted to men and woman, inside a man's body?
Is there a reason you are wanting the hormone route - growing from seed as it were - instead of getting a pleasing set of artificial tits from a reputable plastic surgeon? I believe there are some very nice options out there, that feel and look very realistic and pose little health risk.
I've heard that there is, depending on where you live, a waiting period for this type of modification surgery, that would involve discussion with a counsellor. Does this have anything to do with your preferred method for obtaining titties?
Is your wife aware of your desire to have bewbs? If not, how do you intend to explain your developing cleavage to her when it becomes noticeable? If so, is she supportive and understands your motivations?
Do you think the fact that you find tits "hot" is reason enough to get your own, personal set? There is no shortage of folks here who have more than a passing fondness for bewbs, but they are not forming a queue to have their bodies modified, either chemically or surgically, to get a set of their own. Switching it up a bit, if you took great delight and found pussy hot - crazy hot, the same level as you do tits - would you want to have one as well?
Lastly, could you clarify what you mean by finding tits "hot". At first I thought you were referring to how they look and feel, when you experience them as you are intimate with a woman. But then you mentioned you go out in public wearing a fake set, and now I think you mean you find it hot how you look with tits. Finding yourself hot with a knockout set of knockers would help explain why you would go to the extremes to get your own tits.
There is no malicious intent here, and I know some of these things can't always be simple, or placed in categories. I am just genuinely curious, and trying to understand your thought process.
Regardless of whether you answer any of the above or choose to ignore, the advice of seeking professional, medical advice mentioned in the other postings is sound, solid advice.

Pretty much asked about everything enquiring minds would want to know, I think.
All too often when people post lets say off the beaten path queries, people jump in to either assume it is a fanciful posting, or that of a provocateur....
Worse are ones that just deride. Nobody learns anything and we miss the fun.
Although there are certainly dumb questions in the world most questions, if not something that can be done or the OP actually plans to do lead to such interesting sidebars.
