A few months ago, someone started a thread in which we were given birthday readings. My birthday was the day of uncompromising vision, and the reading itself was so me it was frightening.

That's how I came up with Uncompromising Visionary.

I used to call myself SeraphicallyDisinclined in IRC chats a while ago, among other things. I used it as my signature until I reached 1,000. Laurel mentioned how much she liked it, so we made it my title.

I was going through a period where people were calling me sage and wise and were "afraid" to cross me and I was feeling over-praised and not at all worthy, so I chose a title to remind myself that I bitch and piss and moan and sometimes aspire to Mencken, and he was an asshole.

Aside from that you can't go wrong with Shakespeare, baby.

Well when I reached 1000, I honestly didn't know what to call myself...except maybe "fool".

So I let Laurel choose mine. I just reached 1000, and the new title was there.

Mine was a bit of a joke really. At AOL my screen name is GoddessTiggs77. Here at Lit (mainly in the "How To" thread) I have signed a lot of my posts as ~Dr Tiggs~. That too is something of a light joke. For as long as I can remember I have played "shrink" to friends about parents, school, other friends, peers, and sex. So, the "Dr." title I have given myself from time to time is in relation to being the advice lady here at Lit. Putting all of these things together created "Tiggs: Sex Goddess".

Mine is an adaptation of a name given to me by Thumper and Merelan. They had originally suggested Purrrfection, but that reminded me of that annoying pop-up game, so I went with Purr-fect. That reminds me more of Catwoman in the old 70's Batman show.

Those closest to you are probably your best source. While we're at it, Sparky needs a title too.

I had no idea what to call myself and I was talking to Angelique one day on AIM (well everyday) and asked her what she thought. Next answer ... Wild, Wacky and Wicked, so I told Laurel, when I posted about reaching 1000 Havoc, (sweet sexy Havoc) suggested that I add the Wiggling, mailnly because I used to wiggle a lot on here, Rosebud then gave me my wiggle http://www.euronet.nl/users/w_solarz/girlanim.gif and the rest is history, so to say.

I'm not sure my name suits me anymore, but I do like it. I like April's and Rosebud's the most, to me they really suit their titles, and who could forget Lasher, he picked the right one first time for sure

The day I made "Guru", I changed my signature line to "I am NOT a guru. I'm an opinionated old fart." as a protest of the image of the guru in a diaper sitting on the mountaintop next to his cave, waiting for disciples to climb up to him for wisdom.

Wisdom is something I don't claim to have in any large amount. What I've got is opinions -- AKA answers without questions.
