This is definitely an odd situation. I had created a five chapter series 3 years ago. I then created a six chapter follow up 2 years ago. I have now submitted the final seven chapters.
The titles of the first five chapters of the final were exactly as I had submitted them. For whatever reason the system has changed the title of the last two chapters of the final to the same title as the first series. Chapter six is published and shows the incorrect title in both my profile list and as people see it. Chapter seven is not published but it too is showing the wrong title in my profile list.
In other words, chapters six and seven of the final are now part of the first series written 3 years ago. I checked my originals and the titles for the last seven chapters are correct. They are all named the same with only the sub-title being different for each. When I submitted each chapter it was copy/paste so there's no mistyping taking place.
As a result, anyone looking for chapters six and seven under the title of the first five chapters won't find them because the system believes they are part of the first series written three years ago. Nor do these two chapters make sense as the ending of the first series.
Thoughts? And yes, I did notify Laurel and company but thought I'd add the situation here for any suggestions.
