Title help

Would anyone want to help me with creative titles? I think my story content is good but I struggled with the title. I have other stories to submit but don't have good titles.

Definitely think about puns/play on words to make things fun. I focus almost exclusively on titfights and I have titles like "Out of the Bra and Into the Fire" replacing frying pan with bra and "The mamas with the tatas" which is a play on the 60s band The Mamas and the Papas. The more time you spend just spitballing ideas, the easier it will get.

Idk if you found a title but I just wanted to sympathize. Titles are the hardest part of writing anything for me! Nothing ever quite fits.

"Spare the Rod", "Bait and Switch", "Catch and Release", "Don't Scare the Fish", "Prize Catch", "Rather not be Fishing"

If you want a creative story title, that's certainly your choice. Because of the nature of this site, my preference is to be more descriptive and direct in titles, so they maximize the chance of grabbing the attention of prospective readers. After all, on any given day there will be multiple stories released in your story's category, and you have to do something to get people's attention. Using words that are sexy AND that describe something about the story maximize the chance of doing that.

So something like "Naked on the River," while not clever, tells the reader that somebody is naked, uses a word "naked" that is appealing to somebody reading a story in the Exhibitionist category, and tells the reader that it has something to do with a river, which is a public place, and therefore also interesting to somebody who reads stories in this category.

The story "Fishing Story" doesn't tell the reader anything about what the story is about, or offer a link, except in a very tenuous, suggestive way, to erotic content.

That's my philosophy about titles.
