sure if they're slapped hard enough, i'll bet it hurts. don't think it would cause long term damage, but probably leave a mark/bruise for a while. Unless they're fake and you explode one by mistake.

As long as she's not nursing a baby, you should be okay. Breast tissue is a little bit more complex that muscle tissue but it's pretty tough for all of that.

Not necessarily recommended for someone with fake tits, but for someone with natural boobs, it's practically harmless...
