A nice creamy pint o' stout, Guinness (it's good for you).

A little bourbon from Loretto, Kentucky called Maker's Mark, with just a splash of water to bring out the nose (thank you Bill Samuels!)

Vat 69, the smoothest Canadian rye I know, straight, rocks (just two cubes, so it doesn't get too diluted).

Nothing with soda (flavored or non-).
