I have objections to the death penalty for several reasons. But I feel no remorse that McVeigh is silenced. The martyr arguement never cut it with me.

It determined his guilt or innocence as decided by a jury of his peers.

Yes and no my registered friend. Lots of people falsely confess to things. Also, because both sides were unwilling to look at a plea there was no other possible resolution than a trial.
