Timestop with a twist

I am really into the idea of stopping time and the ultimate control that it allows, but unlike almost all time stopping stories I am not into having sex with a lifeless body.

I have had a recurring fantasy for a long time where I use time stopping abilities to negotiate with a woman. Let's say we're at a public swimming pool and I see a stunning woman. I would stop time for everybody except her and I. Once she realizes what's going on I would talk to her and say, "this is a power that I have, and if you are willing to have some fun with me then I will use this power to grant you one favor afterwards (money, or a sexual scenario of their own choosing)". If they say no, then no harm done, start time again. If they say yes, there's a lot of fun to be had!

In my fantasy scenario, I stop time and live out this sort of scene once daily.

This might be a totally stupid idea but I like it. If anyone wants to write a story like that I'd love to hear it!

This concept is used occasionally in the television show "Lucifer." Not in a sexual way, but as a plot device. The angel Amenadiel is able to stop time for all but the people in his immediate vicinity, which leads to all sorts of interesting situations.

...or you could use it to strip them, but not have sex til they "wake up"...technically sex assault in most countries, I think, but likely to fly in Lit's "Nonconsent/reluctance" category....

It also been use in several other TV shows with different effects. I like the one in Dr. Who, where time stopped, yet everyone kept right on living their lives and all times throughout history happened all at once.
