On a more rational note, the new supreme justice should be someone that loves the constitution and believes in the original intent instead of broadly interpreting it like the current justices have been doing for years. Also, someone that is impartial to Republicans and Democrats because the Constitution trumps both ideologies.

The only guy that I can think of that fits that bill is Judge Andrew Napolitano. Not only does he love the Constitution, but he doesn't give a shit if a Republican or Dem violates the constitution...he will tear tear them a new asshole.

If a new Republican Congress "terminates" Obamacare, the Supreme Court won't have fuckall to say about it. Congress PASSED, and the President signed, the Affordable Care Act. That's how legislation becomes law. That process may be repeated to repeal or re-institute national healthcare as many times as the Congress and the President act in concert, and the Supreme Court has no other role than to sit and watch. The only reason they got involved the last time was to decide whether a financial penalty for non-compliance could legally qualify as a tax. Now that that issue has been decided, they really have no further role to play.
