The stories posted with this account suck. One is worth saving but the rest are disposable. So if you read GUEST below my name youll know I fly a new flag.

The first time I collided with Janet Douglas I was in my car parked in a space beside the Come & Go store, with a cup of coffee and a Crispy Cream Donut for supper. Janet strolled over, leaned on the door, and kinda stuck her head and tits in the window. I put down the file I was reading.

"Gotta light?" She asked. It was eleven o'clock, eighty degrees and muggy, and a rock band was raising hell across the highway at a popular bar. I guessed Janet had been at the bar.

I don't smoke but carry lighters in the car for those that do. I handed her a lighter.

"Thanks," she said, lit her cigarette, exhaled, and added," You want some company?"

It aint awful but isn't how I open stories now. I'd open with a thug gabbing her purse.

So if we find a new poster called LucyLawless, x1dumbbell or DarkTxEvader that is certain to be you in your new guise? Gee... How on Earth will we ever recognise your new identity?

:p :D

Serial killers are antisocial personalities and violent psychopaths. Antisocial means these people treat everyone as things and psychopath means 'by all means' when it comes to goals and problem solving. They use any tool they need; they're folks who know right from wrong and don't give a shit. They'll steal your purse, your heart, or your life without second thoughts or remorse. They'll eat their lunch or your's, doesn't matter to them.

Not bad but a bit like a police documentary from 1955. Itys black and white and Chandler all over.

'The Yukon Yankee Yodeler' wasn't high on my list of movies I wanted to see but my target was Canadian, and that's where he led me. He sat close to the screen, I sat behind and across the aisle from him. I was steeled for two hours of boredom. But it didn't happen.

An hour before show time the theater ran non-stop commercials and previews of coming attractions. It's all deafening and mind-numbing. Canadians can't get enough. About the time I thought it was about over, and the movie would start, a guy walked to one of the emergency exit doors and opened it. Two guys came inside through the door and stood in front of the audience.

All pulled pistols out of the jackets and screamed in a language I couldn't understand. Then they opened fire on the audience. It was too dark to see their targets but my guy collapsed on his seat.

I'm a cop. I pulled out my pistol, took aim at the shooters, fired, and dropped two of them. The third shooter fled out the exit door. I followed and caught up with him as he was driving away in a Cadillac Land Yacht. I shot him through the driver side window. He had no ID on him. No problem. I took his gun and got his tag number and phone, then I left because I didn't wanna deal with a shooting investigation by the Feds, state, and my agency. "Why invite a three ring cluster fuck into my life?" Is what I thought.

Closer to now. Never cut a Canadian any slack I always say. Still too much Chandler.

Bernice Taylor stood by the kitchen table pulling wrapping paper from the cartons of cigarettes and liquor bottles I bought. On house arrest, she couldn’t go near a liquor store. Me and the law winked at her schemes, to help her dodge her conviction order. I fetched her forbidden fruits, and the probation officer looked the other way when she smelled of pot and booze. But we got affectionate gratuities from her for our cooperation. I was in her bed snoozing after one such reward when her pimp and pusher broke an axe handle across the back of my skull.

The opening of the latest effort. Its not Chandler anymore.

Nooooooo. I like you just the way you are. :rose:

Which, okay, probably places me in a minority position, but hey, I'm there already .

I can act.

Going round in circles
Directions all messed up
I go to ground on a bottle of wine
And drown myself in the flood
My frozen toes are beginning to melt
I believe I'm catching a cold
Got oil on my feathers and I can't fly
I gotta get back to your love

I'm a clown without a circus
There's no-one to see my act
I can laugh and sing and stand on my head
Nobody knows where I'm at

The secret to acting is BE LOGICAL and BELIEVE YOUR ROLE.

But will a new identity resolve the writing funk that you're currently in? Physician, heal thyself! Or should I say "Psychologist, analyze yourself"?

Funk? Naaah

I've always said LIT is my drawing board NOT my display case.

Hmm... Now that is interesting. For the sake of argument let's say my account was hacked and the hacker decided to close my account, then my stories would be automatically deleted, all of them?
