Time Delay

I have been trying to get a story posted since mid August, any advice on how I can speed up the process would be appreciated. I do not even know if lit is working on my story.

Have you checked whether it shows on your submission list as "rejected"?

If it does, click on "rejected" and you will get some sort of explanation.

If it DOESN'T show on your submission list at all, then you didn't complete the submission process. The delay between hitting "submit" and appearing on the list as "pending" should be seconds.

If it has been showing as "pending" for weeks, send a polite PM to Laurel asking if it has been overlooked.
