What's wrong with tentacles?

... Anyway, I personally like the idea of the neighbor or friend coming over to visit the wife, and all of a sudden, all these repressed lesbian feelings she has come flooding up. And then they fuck behind both their husbands' backs.

Reminds me of the Stephen King novel "Gerald's Game". In it the a husband and wife go to their secluded cabin to have a romantic getaway. They introduce bondage to reinvigorate their sex life. The wife, handcuffed to the bed, accidentally kills the husband when she kicks him to the floor and knocking his head. She then finds herself locked with no way out of her situation. Of course with this being a King novel there are supernatural and horror elements. The wife starts to her voices from her head and see hallucinations.

I once wrote a quite short story based on this for another site. Synopsis, mom calls daughter to table for dinner, no response though daughter is clearly in the house. Mom enters daughter's bedroom and finds daughter dressed in a sexy super heroine costume tied to the bed and gagged with panties. Mom can't help but laugh at the situation, daughter is infuriated and mouths off to mom.
Mom replaces daughter's gag and saunters out of the bedroom, only to reappear in a few minutes dressed in her own sexy evil super villainess costume. Mom slowly straps on a large dildo. The story ends with mom walking confidently towards the bed with daughter's eyes wide as saucers. All the action is implied.

I've been thinking of expanding it out and showing what the two get up to.

As for neighbors popping over, some excuses.
UPS left a package next door.
Asking the neighbor to watch the cat/dog/iguana/tentacle sex beast over the weekend while away.
Invite for cocktails/dinner.
Just heard some wonderfully juicy gossip and simply must share immediately.

Another fun scenario, college professor is mean to the girls in her class while flirting with and seducing the boys. The girls hatch a scheme for revenge. The professor is quite the kinky lass and enjoys being tied down now and again.
