Tied and Serviced

What I mean by serviced is that he is teased/rubbed/licked ALL over including the feet, belly button, legs, armpits, maybe the face. He would be tied down and serviced by a man and woman. Now I suck at literature (Asperger's sucks lol) so I wouldn't be able to write a story like this but it would be interesting.

I didn't read it myself

so maybe it's not what you're looking for, but I saw a, "Loving Wives," story about cuckold with a boy toy. The husband and wife have sex while a young guy watches. Now the term, "boy toy" leads me to believe they do more than just have him watch. You might check it out.
