Springtime in the south...reports of grapefruit sized hail. GRAPEFRUIT SIZED! Damn...
Funnel clouds, 2 of which passed over a good friends house about 12 miles away...another spotted a few minutes ago...
Rain that's overflowing the gutters...
Tornado warnings and watches all over the place...
So I guess I'll watch NCIS in between weather report break-ins...

I had to get the alternator and battery checked in my son's truck, during a break in the storm...Autozone wouldn't come outside...Advanced did it and got the battery replaced and new wiper blades to boot inside of 8 minutes...it started lightning on the way home and is pouring and thundering and raising hell again now...

Holy crap! No kidding! I just got caught in a storm, sideways rain and hail!

And I left the bedroom window opened. Talk about a wet spot!

I thought you had just been thinking of me...another bubble burst...:(
:D
How are ya tonight, sweetie?

Has been bad...I don't recall ever hearing of tornadoes anywhere but the US...are we the only country with the right (wrong?) climate?

The US does have by far the most.

Although waterspouts and tornadoes do happen elsewhere.

The problem here is the jet stream takes a huge dip to the South when it crosses the rocky mountains.

Look at it like that bubble wrap that is so much fun to play with! :rose:

I'm well, day off tomorrow and life is always good. You?

Well, we gotta move the Rockies somewhere else then. Got a truck? Maybe LeJack will let us use his imaginary electric Rav4 to help tow...

Doing well, just jammin along...3 day weekend coming up, so I'll smilin' already...

Why? There are much better ways to manipulate the jet stream or create artificial high or low pressure zones.

I was thinking of making that border fence thing...
and ummm, how best to create high and low pressure zones?

and new update, new warnings, closer to the coast, so farther from me, but now another one...damn...
want to see some pretty colors? look at the storm warning maps for the lower part of SC right now...

that's me in that little strip down there...it should blow past by bedtime or so...but I love sleeping during a pounding storm...

it's interesting to watch the clouds form out in the pacific fom evaporation then head East with the jet stream.

check this out:

""Others [terrorists] are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves... So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations...It's real, and that's the reason why we have to intensify our [counter terrorism] efforts." - Defense Secretary William Cohen

I watch the radars and satellite images, i have an animated link bookmarked...it's how I plan my photo journeys on the weekends sometimes...

and WTF? Did he write that in crayon on the wall of his rubber room? If its even possible, nukes are not the biggest worry we should have...

You must live somewhere near my sister. She called me to tell me that they were forecasting "Great Deadly Lightning"

What the hell is so great about lightning that is going to kill a person anyways?

I'm near Charleston, SC, 30 miles or so north...click Turd's link...that band over SC is what's kickin' our butts right now.
Where's your sis? I hope she's safe. It's been wicked for the last few hours...

And I love lightning,,,as long as it stays way over there----> somewhere...

I saw some idiot on TV the other day get out of his car and run toward the tornado so he could get better shots of it. crazy.

I saw that...people get stupid in the worst situations sometimes...I kept thinking of Twister and hoping a cow would come flying out of that funnel and broadside his dumb ass...

How you doing Moonie? Good to see ya, man!

haha

i watch the unisys satellite site, and look at the 1KM radar for my area, and the nationwide severe weather map on intellicast.

And you're right, nukes are basically obsolete, and have been.

I don't think he made it up, scalar technologies are real. See Russian "over the horizon radar" woodpecker signal.

would have been even better if his head had wound up in the cow's ass.

I'm doing ok, thanks... having some issues with my ma right now. how you doing?

It just came across us here, on the southern end of the storm. It was pretty nasty, but fast-moving.

Bookmarked that to read later...interesting/scary both

Looks like all this has moved over to the coast, my office is probably leaking right now...we have strategic buckets back in the warehouse...patch and then move the buckets next storm...so tomorrow we'll see what leaks have sprung up...I absolutely hate leasing office/warehouse space...but to buy the same footprint would be half a mil or more, so we're staying...

I hope she's ok, man. I'm doing good, just spending time, waiting on my little dove to get back...still trying to get a short trip up your way together in the near future...something always seems to pop up...

It was moving about 58 miles an hour they just said...it's almost blown past, at least the nasty stuff...still have watches til 11 or so tho...

Tom Bearden, very interesting shit there, his works are almost impossible to comprehend with some sort of advanced physics degree(s).

Of course he fully admits he himself stands on the shoulders of giants like Gabe Kron.

But no one seems to be able to actually discredit him on his main points.

Well, if it's out there, might be a better way to deal with the supposed underground nuke works in worrisome places...a little earthquake here, a little shift of the tectonic plates there...
