Thrump.claims Absolute Immunity

A Fascist traitor wouldn't have to claim immunity if there wasn't a crime...just pointing out the obvious. And I hate to tell him...I don't think he can claim immunity on civil cases.

Swalwell's lucky he's not being sweated by CIA field operatives right now.

Every current living president deserves to be locked up for violating his oath to the constitution.

Since he isn’t charged with any crimes, this just hypothetical. Relax. President Trump is playing lots of golf and enjoying life.

And the really great thing? He can't claim "immunity" in NY and a Grand Jury was just formed. Lol...that's what happens when you claim one value for a property when campaigning and another value for the same property on your taxes. One or the other...tax fraud...or campaign financing fraud...

Trump has spent years claiming that the President of the United States is somehow above the law and that he can legally commit any crime he wants and not be prosecuted for it.

That's not how things work in the United States of America.

It's worked for the Klinton Krime Syndicate

And everybody who disagrees with them just "commits suicide" like Epstein.

All this is about is the continuation of a failed political witch hunt designed to hurt President Trump politically on into 2024, conducted by radical Marxist prosecutors.

"radical marxist prosecutors" ROFLMAO

No one is above the law.

Namely Vance and the New York Stated AG. They will be aided by the two Marxists that Biden just put into high DOJ positions, Vanita Gupta, and Kristen Clarke.

What is it with all these histrionic deplorables???

RiteGaarde goes to a local Dairy Queen on a hot summery day for a vanilla ice cream cone with nut and candy sprinkles, but is told that they are fresh out of both sprinkles.

He bangs on the counter in frustration and yells at the employee, "well, tell your benighted radical Marxist franchise owner to order up some more, then, dammit!!!"

:D

There are only a few of them left on Lit. It just seems like a lot because their lies are so glaring.

The world is passing them by, similar to what happened to them when they became incels. Thoughts and prayers to them as they recede in a cloud of histrionic dust. :rose:

I don't want to be anywhere in the vicinity of one off these histrionic deplorables when they have their "bad day".

With all their exaggerated foot stomping, that's going to be one massive cloud of deplorable histrionic dust.

Yep, not a care in the world, huh?

Special grand jury looks at evidence in Trump criminal probe

"New York prosecutors have convened a special grand jury to consider evidence in a criminal investigation into former President Donald Trump's business dealings, a person familiar with the matter told The Associated Press on Tuesday."...

Scottish Lawmakers Renew 'Unexplained Wealth' Probe Into Trump Golf Courses, Cite NYS Investigations

..."Trump's cash-only purchases of his Aberdeenshire and Turnberry golf courses in Scotland are once again at the center of potential legal action. Avaaz, a global human rights group based in the United States, filed a petition in Scotland's highest civil court that seeks judicial review of Parliament's decision not to pursue an "unexplained wealth order" on the Trump Organization. In February, Scottish lawmakers voted 89-32 against a motion to investigate the source of money Trump used to buy the Aberdeenshire and Turnberry courses in 2006 and 2014, respectively.

Reuters reported Monday that the Avaaz petition demands answers about how "clean" Trump's $300 million in cash was when he purchased and developed the two courses. The group repeatedly cited mounting U.S. investigations of the Trump Organization's financial activities. The petition renews questions that can be probed under Scotland's so-called unexplained wealth legislation.

The Reuters report notes that neither of the two Trump golf courses has ever turned a profit."...

If they voted not to investigate, then that suggest the rot goes deep in Scotland's parliament. Although in fairness to the Scots, they were still suffering the llingering effects of the global recession, and criminals often exploit those who are desperate.

If the Scottish courts fail to investigate the failure by the parliament to investigate where the criminal in chief's money came from, then the rule of law has collapsed in Scotland.
