I have participated in several 3somes, both mmf and ffm.
I think I have been very lucky in that all the situations have been with somewhat selfless people.
I was raised in VA and was taught that (obviously only to a certain point) when in a relationship to think of the others needs and desires first. What does that mean...As an adult I am not full satisfied until my partner has been full satisfied first. Part of my satisfaction comes from her satisfaction.

I tried mff and mmf years ago, both experiences were good, but would have been better if everyone had relaxed more. My personal opinion is that mmf works better, all that mulitple O's thing, the women have the advantage there and it makes it more fun. <chuckle>
