I have been in a couple of 3some, my advice would be know both of the guys you will be with, try to spend some time alone with the one you do not know first before the the 3rd guy joins in. Ask the guy you know, to go have coffee first, and give yourself 30minutes or so to get to know the guy you do not alone.
