1. When I was a teen, I went potholing caving and had a panic attack when it got really tight. My first experience of feeling claustrophobic. I've never gone underground like that again.

2. My first and only experience of windsurfing was on Lake Coniston. It took me 30 minutes to just stand up on the damned thing and get moving. Then when I was far from the shore, I realised I didn't know how to turn around, so I let the sail fall and paddle back to the damned start.

3. I've been abseiling (rappelling) many times, though not for a good few years now. I loved freefall abseiling most of all.
