Four breasts?

It is possible to have additional nipples along the breast line. If nipples are possible, why not breasts? I have thought about a story about encountering a woman who binds her second set of breasts in shame. The story would start from the man’s point of view, but it may bounce back and forth as it goes along. The story would probably go in the romance section, and would mainly be about the woman accepting her body, and accepting love. The story would have several chapters, and cover topics such as body shamming , objectification, the why of titty fucking, and self acceptance. I would probably do five chapters, each covering one of the aspects of the five stages of grief.

I could see a story about a woman with a non-standard number of breasts, and all the new and creative ways she finds to use them during sex. Three breasts in a row? Double titty-fuck with two guys. Four breasts arranged in a square? I'm not sure how she would use those. Front and back? Hmmm...
