Well, I'll run the search for you. Literotica search came up with two pages (27 threads) of nipple clamp talk where "nipple clamp" came up in the title.
There were over two hundred threads that mentioned "nipple clamps" anywhere in the discussion.

I've got a set that someone sent me, but I couldn't use them. They must made for guy's nips and mine were too big. I forced them on once, but skin got caught in the screw and it was the wrong kind of pain. Mostly I've used clothespins and some clamps I got at the hardware store.
Especially at first make sure you adjust them not to squeeze too hard. Don't leave them on too long either.
