This is one of those times I go for the new slang: When it comes to her, I just can't even.
 
So...A woman who isn't raped isn't raped? Duh.

Of course there are women...and men...who get drunk and have sex that they regret the next day. That isn't rape, and no one says it is. Well, I reckon it's possible a woman could accuse a man of rape in such a situation, but I'd say that's pretty rare.

Any guy who has sex with a woman who is completely out of it should have his balls cut off.

All of that being said, I don't think it's a bad thing to counsel women...and men...not to allow themselves to become so inebriated that they have no control of a situation. That doesn't make them less of a victim should something happen to them. It does, however, add to the risk that something might happen to them. There's a difference. It's not a good idea to get on the subway and wave your diamond ring around for all to see.
