Those small "H" by the story

I was looking at my two posted stories and their scores. I saw that the Letter to Lover one has a score over 4.5. Aren't stories over 4.5 supposed to get that small "H" beside them? In the Letters and Transcripts category only two stories have the "H" beside them, although more stories have over a 4.5 score.

Just wondering...

I believe you have to have a certain number of votes before the "H" will appear. I can't remember it if is 10 or 20 votes.

The semiubiquitous "H"

I thought the "H" signified that the editor thought the story to be "Hot." I don't think the 4.5 has much to do with it. I have several stories below that which were awarded or penalized with the "H".

In the case of my stuff, it might mean that the reader is "Heroic" if he actually reads it.

E is for editor's (Laurel's) choice
H is for high voters' scores (min 10 votes)
W is for contest winners

Hidden is correct. I'm ashamed. All my stories with the "H" are over 4.5. I can't seem to get anything right today. Think I'll go back to bed. No, I'd probably fall off and break my arm. Sigh....

lol MG it's ok we all have those days dear. Trust Me as a compulsive score checker when I first posted stories I learned what the H's meant and how you got them very quickly. I did just learn about the "W" though. Also, the "E" well I have only received on at this point, but I have gotten all three so I'm slightly content. THe only thing better would be to have one of those letters next to every submission.

MG, take heart you big butt baby, lol, even Einstein screwed things up or misunderstood them numerous times before getting something correct. It's a stumbling block we all must hurdle. Here, offers a hand to pick you up and brush you off. Just dazzle us with your math wit and we'll be lost again and you well reign supreme.

No, MG, "Heroic" should be reserved for readers of DurtGurl's epics or The Worst Chain Story Ever Chap 01 or attempts to make sense of the contributions to The Noble Garderobe.

Perhaps The Worst Chain Story Ever Chap 01 should have a special annotation "D" for "Dire".

W = Winners
H = High Rated
E = Editor's Choice

:rolleyes: Isn't that just like an Editor, to make sure they control all the vowels! :(

Mathematicians aren't anecdotal. HA.
