Overheard today at the bus stop:

Two young women that I recognized from the Uni, 20 to 23-ish, one brunette, one redhead, was having a hushed conversation while stealing glances at a rather attractive man leaning against a streetlight a few meters away.

Brunette: "Yummy."
Red: "Yeah. I think he might be gay though"
Brunette: "Oh, impossible."
Red: "Why is that?"
Brunette: "He's too sexy to be gay."
Red takes a long pause, then: "You're right."
Brunette: "Definitely. Gays are good looking, but never sexy."
Red: "There's a big difference there, right?"
Brunette: "Right."
Red: "Right. So not gay."

And those two lasses are aiming for psychology PhD's.

LOL :D Great observation.

Gays must be sexy to other gays, otherwise wouldn't they become extinct

I'm not gay, and I'm not sexy. How does that figure into the equation? ;)

No one is sexy with their skin all sweaty, their hair tosseled, and their body completely wasted after a good long session of sex. Ummmm, hold that thought.

Oops sorry I was wrong, just went in and looked at the wife and she is still sexy as hell.

You sweet romantic, you.

Kisses to your lovely wife.

There's probably something to this.

I've been mistaken for being gay, but I don't think I've ever been mistaken for being sexy.

Some people should not be allowed to breed.

Bragger

Bodies are physically appealing; minds are what's sexy...

there's some pretty damn sexy minds in this bunch that are only physically interested in their own gender. Girls from the Uni are limiting their own experiences and it's their fucking loss...

I always thought it was the opposite?

"Whow, what a hunk!"
"He's gay."
"How do you know?"
"He's way too good-looking to be straight."

Ofcourse, being good-looking and being sexy aren't necessarily the same thing, but I do believe Liar's two ladyfriends are in for a REAL shock later on...

(And if those two represent future psychologists, I'm never going to see a shrink, I'll just buy drugs cheap on the Internet...)

Both of the conversations quoted in this thread are now in my top ten list for the dumbest statements I've ever read. I've lived a very sheltered life, I know. :p

You can't judge a book by its cover; it's like if you've been going out with a really hot guy who looks like he just stepped off of the catwalk or the cover of a bodice-ripping romance novel to find out that his cock is 3/4th of an inch long, and when you decide to take a chance with the shy, quiet bookworm and he turns out to the one of the best fucks of your life. It's not that easy to classify and label people.

I think it's the whole Queer Eye cliché about the stylish but foppy gay man versus the rough and rugged (possibly tobacco chewing and randomly belching) straight alpha male.

Poor girls. I do hope they grow up before they graduate, but given the matureness of most middle aged people I know, the odds are not in favor.

(present company who'd like to call themselves "middle age" is of course excluded)
