This Judge is Truly an Asshole.

He has known for years that the child is not the son of the guy who had been supporting him, but he locked up the guy anyhow. I wonder if there is a way to get the asshole booted off the bench.

I member a case where mom is black and the kid is black and 'daddy' is white. The judge takes a look at daddy and sez to mom, who's the real father? And she sez LEROY BROWN, BUT HE BE DEAD AND JERMAINE HE NEED A DADDY.

Most of the Superior Court judges in Georgia are like this...once they make a decision they will never vacate and order no matter what evidence is brought to the table. That's why the Appeals courts are so overload with cases.

Prob'ly the worst deeds judges do is allowing pro se motions by people who arent a party to an action. These people are generally neighbors or in-laws or distant cousins with an opinion but no relevant facts. They arent witnesses, either.

Or they order action where they have no jurisdiction.

Even if he does, he would never be able to collect anything from the woman involved. Maybe he can collect it from the son some day. Supposedly, the son was the beneficiary of the scam.

It would be really neat if he could collect it from the judge, who was the guilty party here. Unfortunately, judges are immune from lawsuits, except under extreme circumstances. To be honest, that's probably a good thing in most cases.
