Thought I'd share a wonderful email I received from a reader. This is one of the unexpected but delightful reasons I write and post stories on the internet.


My boyfriend just left. Before I go back to bed (to sleep this time!), I just wanted to thank you for your contribution to my love life through your Log Cabin story.

I've been divorced for quite a while and just started dating a few months ago. "Ed" is a sweet guy, but pretty shy. I'm a little inhibited, too, and thought we were never going to get it on.

Then I came across your Log Cabin story ... We were going to spend last night watching TV, but I printed off two copies of the story before he came. When I finally got my courage up, I suggested we take turns reading it aloud.

Well, it was awkward at first, but we soon got into the parts! I'm not one to say certain words related to my anatomy, but reading them aloud and watching Ed's expression as I read them really excited me.

After reading it through, we decided on the parts to act out. All I can say is WOW--and thanks again! AA

Needless to say, that letter made my day. Now I really have to come up with a sequel!

Wow. I can see why you got such a great letter. I just read Chapter 1 and that was incredible! It was erotic and romantic at the same time (something I love). I'm really looking forward to reading the rest of the story.
