Than a how to question, but I'm sure someone will have an answer.

Where the hell did my subscribed threads link go and how the hell do I get it back? (Woot! I did make it a how to question. :D)

When I navigate the forum on my phone, my quick links (and subscribed threads) links are sitting pretty up there in their corner, waiting patiently for me to put them to work. When I use the computer, my quick links button is now a buddy list button. I have to access my subscribed threads thru the link on my desktop then remember to right click and open links in new windows to jump around. Between my adult ADD, my distraction level cause my mind is always running at top speed, my tolerance for frustration being at an all time low, and my general lack of patience, navigating the threads has almost become too much of a nuisance to bother with the computer. It's so much faster and easier to post on the computer, tho, that I also get frustrated using my phone. (Redhead. Enough said.)

Help please? Thanks in advance!

Frustrated Litizen

I have the same problem. It's been that way for a couple months now, for me at least. If I'm using the laptop, I have to access my subscribed threads by going through the "User CP" tab.

It's not that big a deal, but it frustrates the hell outta me!!

OH! Cool! It takes me right to the subscribed threads page! Thanks MK!

At least using the User CP button isn't as frustrating as what I've been doing. Now I just have to remember that it works this way.

I'd forgotten I can change them. I use blue. I'll have to try that. Thanks!

I changed the skin and the link is there. I'm on my phone tho, so I'll check the PC when I get home. I'm getting a mani/pedi while I Lit. *giggles*. I'll show it off when I'm finished.

I'll have to try that later. I didn't change anything to begin with, so I don't know why it changed; I'll give it a try, though.

OK, I'm on the computer at home. Chocolate skin, no quick links button. GRRRRR. Back to MK's suggestion.

Sounds to me like you are just looking for some fella to come push your buttons.

Should not be an issue finding a button pusher at all.... especially with that new mani / pedi.

:D

It is not the skin - it is browser related

On Google Chrome all is in place (no matter skin) - open in Internet Explorer 11, no Quick Links and other buttons are arranged differently.

That makes sense. I've got clients running XP with Internet Explorer 6 and our website looks like it was designed by Picasso when viewed on their laptops.

IE 8 to 10 work fantastic, the robust features of our site work flawlessly.

Enter IE 11... Functionality reduced. :(

Work around for those using IE 11 - and advice for your clients Emerson40

While at a webpage not displaying correctly in IE 11, go to Settings gear icon (top right of browser) click and select "Compatibility View Settings" from drop down list and add the webpage, for Lit it will be literotica.com

All will works as it used to - Quick Links returned and intended functionality

Emerson40, I suggest you contact your web-page developer and say "sort the compatibility issues out with I.E. 11". I wouldn't worry about XP and IE6 - those people already know they are doomed.

Oh, baby, you know I love it when you talk dirty!

Ohhhh! Thanks for the info! You're right; when I opened it in Chrome, my buttons were back. That leads to another question, tho. I very rarely use Chrome, so there's probably a ridiculously stupid answer to this, but how do I create a shortcut for a webpage on my desktop in Chrome?

I'm on Safari and I see the links. *shrugs*

Now you got the song "Surfing Sarari" stuck in my head. Thanks! ;)

YAY! The workaround works!

but how do I create a shortcut for a webpage on my desktop in Chrome?

Actually the same for any browser - Restore Down the browser window (not minimise to the task-bar) so you can see the desktop beyond the edges of the browser. In the address bar left-click/hold and drag the icon, left of the URL address (Lit has a folder icon), to the desktop and let go.

You can also do the same in any Windows Explore folder window.

Now for the brave - check out Clover Tabs for Windows (free) to make your Windows folders look like Google Chrome tabs

If you do a lot of computer work on a Windows computer you will love it.

OK - that sounds like spam
