It was, in fact, a good move on the Trump administration's part to incentivize the drug companies to fast track development they already were engaged in, but Trump didn't cash in on that at the time. Yet somehow you also say he didn't do enough and is therefore responsible for the deaths that occurred BEFORE the vaccine was available.
