I've been a Special Olympics Volunteer for.. well, let's just say several years and leave that alone.. But anyway, those events are a truely amazing site. No one getting upset over stupid things like a few points or a few seconds. Hundreds of participants just there to enjoy their day and have fun.
No grief, no fights, no arguments... Thousands of smiles! Anyone that has never been should really go. There is nothing else like it!
