Hey, can someone remind me how I report someone else posting my work and claiming it as their own?

Assuming you're talking about another Lit author, go to their story, Report button is bottom right on the last page. Present proof to Laurel (a link to your story would be best) to establish your prior ownership.

If it's another site, you have to take it up with that site, with a take-down notice (using whatever system that site provides for reporting).

And if it is another site outside the US or Europe, your chances of success are minimal...

My stories are all over SE Asia.
