I honestly and seriously DO give a sh$# about this....
Btw: I have to move up north in a few years (depending on which school accept me.. *sigh*).... any suggestions? Looking for a place that isn't going to fry my ass when I am sitting down at the bus stop! Yeowch!
Oh, and if you haven't already... read DCL's post... haha that was "dahm funneh !!"
I saw a news report a few days ago, it says that the north pole, the magnetic north doesn't have ice anymore, it is water. I watched the report, wondering how many kids were watching this right now (5 in the afternoon on a sunday, well let's just say not much)
Anyway, this is a serious discussion. There's a water a foot. I had a crazy science teacher in seventh grade who slaimed by the year 2015 Arizona would actually have beach front propert, as well as Oklahoma. He was a bit half cocked, and not in the good way, but anyways just thought you would like to know.
Anyways, it seems like a nice boat would be good to buy, you know to get back and forth to work. And just think, your house might be swept away to a nice place in the country. Awww, living the american dream.
One final thing, I totally agree this is the Greenhouse effect, and it all reminds me of a poem, by T.S. Elliot.
This is the way the world ends,
This is the way the world ends,
This is the way the world ends,
Not with a bang, but a whimper. http://smilecwm.tripod.com/ut1/redeemerwhore.gif
I guess I am just one of those people that gets really affected by huge traumatic, dramatic, world/life altering events that re-shape the course of the human existance/experience. (EG: Armageddon, Alas Babylon, ID4, etc. )
