Volunteer firefighters from several villages. Somebody's house is burning down. Poor people. Can see it from here. Huge billows of black smoke. I worry that it might be spreading, as it's bigger than a few minutes ago. The houses are so close here. The next village over, so no worries for me. Not that y'all would care much anyway. ;)

On the contrary I to have a volunteer fire department across the street and every time they go out I cringe.

Told ya. Ain't a single one of you cares. *sniffle*

The whole damn village coulda burned up. But does anybody ask? No. Uncaring wretches. Hmph.

;)

Barn fire. No real biggie.

I live in a barn, April. It would be a biggie for me. Get rid of the black walnuts, though.

I've heard of a guy who teaches ninjutsu out of a barn in Pennsylvania, but don't know exactly where it is...

Oh, was that off-topic?

Glad you are ok, and no houses burned down

Actually, I am on a volunteer fire dept. Most in the US do have pagers or walkie-talkies. I have a walkie, and that is a lot better as we can talk to each other as we respond. I am glad you are safe. Remember be safe, have smoke detectors, be safer, sleep with a fireman!!:D ;)

Hey, does that mean you're allowed to leave the door open all the time?

Only if you're a child who always wants to take this piss out of a sarcatic adult and be labelled with a transferred epithet.
