Are there therapists who specialize in BDSM relationships? It's a new dynamic for me, and I'm struggling with some emotions. I have dealt with depression and anxiety for a long time, and I need help managing that in light of BDSM attachments.

More than likely, although it might depend on where you live.

Id just do a quick Google search and see what comes up in your area. Then, do research on those people.

If not nearby, maybe see if they have virtual opportunities to receive therapy.

It's marketed to polyamorous people, but, none of these therapists only specialize in just one thing. They don't only see polyamorous clients. Since they're poly friendly, the likelihood that any particular one of them will also be kink friendly (or queer friendly or trauma aware) is very high.
