if you moved west at a speed of 2000 miles and hour you'd go back in time.

What if I backed up as fast as I could? I'm looking to shave off a few years, but I'm in no hurry...

hummmm

That's an interesting theory Shila. I don't want to mess up a cool thread with a little reality, but there is a little thing called the "International Dateline" that kinda screws up the theory.

The current best estimate of the speed required to "move" against time, is 126,818.18 miles per hour. Unfortunately, there is also a theory that at this speed, the force that holds electrons around the nucleus of an atom would be destroyed. This could mean that all matter would disintegrate into energy or dissipate into spectral light.

yeah, but you also gotta remember that even if the sun set behind you, your body lived through that time anyway. so... technically, yes. but yeah, that too.

fuck time. just Shift! *smirk*

*blinks, staring at Stonedagger with a slight blush on her cheeks* don't make me hurt you.

*looks around to make sure no one's watching* tenthirty.
