Theme for a Poem??

Not exactly a challenge, but I found the site below to be very interesting. It is suitable for all ages and might make a good read/view for the family over the holidays. - I wish I had found this site while this year's project was underway.

I also hope that it might inspire a poem or two from some of you softies for good deeds and those who help the environment.
