I'll bump up my thread, it's got some great advice in it, including a standard letter written by wanton vixxxen that you can use to email the sites and so far, it's worked very well!
It might take soem digging to get email contacts though, if you need help, just post on my thread (My story has been nicked...etc etc) and I'm sure we'll all try to help
