The Wonder Boner

It doesn't work on large salt-water sized fish nor on spiny bass. Only trout are soft-boned enough to be successful. Not much point . . . except a one Hell of a good laugh!

Aw, come on. You can't tell me you wouldn't have been thrilled to find one of those in your Christmas stocking, Mr. Bear! :cattail:

I can't say from personal experience, but I really don't think I'd WANT a point on my Wonder Boner. That would haveta hurt!

LOL

As a fairly serious angler, I've known about these for some time. Yeah, they work . . . on trout. Little trout.

Do they *really* work? As a cook, I'd worry that small bones would tear off and remain.

I wish I could reassure you about this but I am much more of a saltwater angler and when I do fish fresh, it's for bass and pike. I think that they taste better but get constant flack from my fishing partner. On the other hand, he doesn't like to eat any freshwater fish or catch any saltwater fish. I'd trade him in on someone more reasonable if I could find anyone . . .
