IC: Ryan Lewis
Ryan Lewis had the perfect life, or at least he thought so. Everything he had wanted had become a reality and he could not imagine wanting anything more. He married the woman of his dreams, Michelle, after college. The decided to move to the city of New Haven, buying an apartment in the city while they both looked to start their careers and life together. Eventually that turned into Ryan getting hired as a teacher just outside the city, in a nice suburban town. Ryan was hired to be the new physical education teacher and basketball coach. It was his dream job, teaching and coaching the sport he played growing up. He could not have been happier, and it made it even better to be sharing it with Michelle.
Ten years flew by, and the couple grew into a small family. They moved into a family oriented community just outside of New Haven. One where they could grow and start a family. The house was amazing, and they loved their neighbors. Soon after Ryan and Michelle had their first child, a young daughter. They could not be any more happy. Still living at the house they bought together, they now had a young daughter and a brand new baby boy. Their lives seemed perfect.
That was, until their neighbors for the last ten years decided to move out. It hurt Michelle, since the wife next door had become close friends with her. Unfortunately, the husbands job had required them to move and now the empty house next door worried Michelle. She just hoped the new family that moved in next door would be a good one.
Her fears rose when the sold sign went up on the house. Ryan and Michelle continued with their everyday life, but as they watched the moving truck show up, it became evident that their new neighbor was not going to be a small family. Instead, it was going to be a single woman.

"I just don't understand how a single woman can afford to move into this neighborhood, or why she would even want to?," Michelle complained one night to Ryan while they were sitting in bed. Ryan smiled, trying to ease his wife's fears, "Sweetie, I am sure she is going to be great..... this is a good place to live.... maybe she is dating someone and plans to get married to him one day.... who knows, but it will be fine, I know it."
Ryan was never one to worry too much, while Michelle was always suspicious of everything. The next day was a Saturday, and Michelle was getting up early to take the kids to a friends party. Ryan was going to stop by the party later, but he had basketball practice in the morning at the school. Ryan woke up early, 6:00 am to go on his morning jog. He put on a pair of basketball shorts, a t-shirt with a hoodie over it, and a pair of running shoes. He put in his headphones and began his trail around the neighborhood.
It was weird to him that he had not seen much of his new neighbor. She had only been at the house for a view days, but seemed to be staying inside or not staying at the house at first. Ryan did not worry too much about it, he figured this weekend would be a perfect time to introduce himself. After his run, he came back down the street, surprised to see the new neighbor just pulling into her driveway. He looked at his watch, wondering where she was all night, but he shook the thought out of his head.
As he approached his driveway, he began to slow, seeing her getting out of her car. He smiled, "Good morning," he said in a friendly tone as he began to walk up his own driveway. Hoping this would be the first of many friendly interactions with the woman next door.
