The Wild Women of the Forest

So, the idea is that there is a forest where a tribe of wild women live. Every once week or two, dozens of them leave the forest into the city and 'attack' a random man en masse. Basically, this consists of grabbing him, dragging him into the forest, and having sex with him for a week or two. They then leave him on the edge of the forest, usually with any stuff he was carrying intact (though his clothing is likely severely damaged. The people in the city adjacent to the forest are all well aware of the wild women, but they're basically just considered a sort of tourist attraction. Local laws basically say to ignore their attacks. Such laws are technically illegal but nobody cares to enforce them. Caution signs are posted around the forest and "I was taken by the wild women" is considered a valid excuse for missing work. No man has ever been taken by them more than once.

Though 'victims' are always consensual (accepting the wild women is part of the local culture), the wild women tend to keep the men restrained, primarily by having 10 or so women all holding the man any time he is carried, and holding him down when he is not. To an extent they are considered a force of nature, and the men are not considered in control, but basically are just passive participants.

Basically, I envision a stampede of women running out of the forest, running after a man (who is generally not running away), and grabbing him and stampeding back into the forest.

Just an idea that popped into my head that I thought I'd share.

Or perhaps the women are fairies or something. It might add to it if they have wings and fly their victims off into some secret location. Kinda like birds of prey, lol.

Motivation
Why do they come out of the forest every few weeks for sex with men?
Is it always men, or women too?
Why do they look in the city rather than other parts of the forest?
Why are the wild women confined to the forest in the first place, and how did they get there?
Why was that law made in the first place?

I'm guessing the law is like one for a rain forest for Amazons.

Instead of Amazons, make them cat girls like Tigra with a similar bio.

Female explorer/adventurer jumps from a helicopter, but her parachute is broken.
She breaks her legs, twists her neck, and splits her spinal column.
A race of mystical cat people (with the emphasis on the occult) magically heal her, but to do so, she has to be changed into a cat.
Skipping the full procedure she learns the cat ways as half woman half cat.

Cat ears, furry, striped, wears bikini with beaded necklace (pebbles with crocodile tooth) and bone belt (later grows tail).

0. It is an idea, and it is the responsibility of the author to come up with the details.
1. Mating is a biological imperative, but their society does not have men. I leave the reason why up to an author.
2. Men, only. It's about reproduction.
3. With the exception of the wild women, people don't live in the forest. They live in the city.
4. They aren't confined to the forest, they chose to live there. It is their natural habitat.
5. The women have lived in the forest for a long time, and strange laws relating to them exist out of respect for women. To an extent, the women are considered to be outside of anyone's legal jurisdiction. Since, other than the occasional temporary snatching of a male, they don't interact with the city, the city mandates that the law not interact with them in return. Also, the people living in the city consider the snatching to be a positive thing, as they've been brought up around it and those who are bothered by it choose not to live there.

I'm guessing the law is like one for a rain forest for Amazons.

Yes, but with respect to Stan Lee, I think an alternate universe story would go well here, which takes the half cat scenario, and places it in the Wonder Woman genesis.

BTW, when I said she jumped out of a helicopter, I meant while the copter was crashing, she was forced to jump.

The cat people (99 - 100 percent cat) referred to Tigra as their queen after awhile, but she chose to live in the city.
What if in the jungle (desert in comic) she had septuplets from a half human panther, who saw to it his girls would rule the cat people as their queens.
The cat people revert to their cat state looking for unsuspecting mates in the city, as the eyes and ears of their queens.

I don't know how erotic it is (should have a whole section on the discovery of the penis and how it feels), but you're right, de-evolution of men seems much more interesting.

If we are regressing males only, they should be more secluded.
Not quite on an island, but not near or around any signs of civilization.
In this case the primitive men don't look for the women to mate with.
Mating is only for fatherhood which males have no instinct for.

Sexual fantasies are quite common once it is known what to fantasize about.
It's at this time the story focuses on 3 specific primitives, who are like the typical curious and later horny little boys in the tribe.
They trek outside the known universe (the universe is the expanse of the jungle for them) to find their creators (thinking modern women are their creators), thus mating with one results in a higher rank and respect in the community.

The part of the story involving pregnancy is still unknown to me.

The children could all have an Oedipus complex, resenting their fathers for being so stupid.
Their fathers didn't even want offspring, creating an urge to kill in the children.

This of course would have to take place when the child is 18.

IMO, this wouldn't work as well.

First of all, while they're both rape, women grabbing men for sex is less...rape-like than vice versa.

Secondly, because bestial men grabbing women for sexual purposes is an old, old idea. The opposite, however, feels more fresher (I think that's the right word) and more unique.

The reason amazon women were feared was because they were warriors, not in the kitchen pregnant women. Think about it this way, when the amazon warrior women idea surfaced, women were considered little more than property. Generally daughters were shoved off on the first single guy that could be found, generally when she was about 12, he would alot of the time be in his 30's and only want a woman to have sex with for free, kids were a bonus. Besides that, women were the ones who kept the house clean, made food and kept clothes on the family.

The whole Amazon thing was in a way a scary bedtime story for sons. Opposite for daughters and wives but hey nobody ever said it was a good tale to spread.

Actually, I didn't really envision the women as Amazons. Their strategy is strength in numbers. The reason they are able to capture people is not because they are strong but because A) the men don't really resist and B) they go after the men in large numbers. Perhaps some of the Tag Body Spray commercials would work well to illustrate the concept.

I've had the idea for a while, but didn't want to bring it up here until needed.

Pheromones
Let's go back to the cat girl fetish.
This is similar to my above post taking the Wonder Woman (Paradise Island) genesis.

Let's have a Planet Of The Apes theme, but ruled by catgirls (furry and non fury).
The non furry catgirls are actual cats (species varies) that morph into women.
The furry catgirls (some with fangs and dangerously sexual) have an intense pheromone (idea from Orian women on Enterprise) that can basically bend the will of men.
The furry catgirls can literally fuck a man to death!

I see this as a mind control story, because the men don't really have free will.
This means a group of women are the heroins of the story.

The return trips to the city make more sense this way, as part of a cat's mating cycle (in heat).

As a woman who loves "were" or "paranormal" romance... I would have to say that the tiger cat idea is a great idea, but not for this specific story line.. its to much "stuff".... He's got a great idea and needs to direct his story and plot line around his initial idea... if he changes the main plot line now, it becomes a different story altogether... (which is fine...) but its no longer his original story idea....


So what exactly do you guys think.. change the major plot line, or keep it
