Jane stood on the edge of the cliffs that was part of her vast properties. Her husband Joseph had left her his fortune and his lands but neither it nor the beautiful mansion he had built for her gave her any joy. He had been dead now five years and Jane had not had a happy moment. Depression was deep in her soul as the wind whipped her long wavy chestnut brown hair about. Her Gray eyes looked down into the ocean that lapped just below the cliff seemingly calling her to it. She held a black shawl tightly around her black clothing that concealed a well developed body toned from the amount of riding she had done when her husband was alive.

Now the stables were abandoned except for the ranch hands that worked there and kept clear of the Misses least she fire them on the spot. She did not want comfort from anyone. She stepped closer to the edge of the cliff, her 5' 6" frame poised for her to make her decision. She had stood this way many times during the last five years.

She looked down again and thought of all the wonderful times she and Joseph had shared and something inside her made her decision finally. She stepped forward, her right foot dangling in mid air, all she need do was to push off and she would be with Joseph.

Suddenly a strong arm went around her waist and pulled her back from the edge and crushed her tightly to a hard muscular chest........

the savior

He saw her as she made that step, thinking to himself what a beautiful woman, I can't let this happen. He reached out and grabbed her, pulling her close to his 6'0 frame that was hardened by his work on the nearby farm.

Joe had watched her for the last three years, and wondered what he would have to do to get close to her. He wanted to see what type of woman this gorgeous lady was inside. It had been several months since he had the chance to be that close to a woman, and even though he knew he was saving her life he was still shaking.

"Ma'am, what are you trying to do?" he said softly. "If I hadn't been here, you would be dead now."

Jane looked up into the eyes of a stranger as his soft words sank in she looked over her shoulder at the great abyss and suddenly tears that she had held in for five long years started to fall from her eyes as she tried to disengage herself from the strangers strong muscular arms.

"Let go of me, you have no right to interfere"

A look of shock came over her face as she realized she was defending her right to die. Her emotions were ever changing as she felt her body slump and go down only to be pulled back against the stranger’s body and finally lifted into strong warm arms. He began to walk and as she looked around she realized he was taking her to her own home. She pulled herself together with great effort and looked into his eyes.

"You can put me down now, I am quite alright"

The stranger looked at her and shook his head no and before she knew what was happening he had opened the door to her home and walked about her house. Seeing the living room he deposited her on the couch, her head lying on her favorite cushion. He sat on the unused area by her waist. His large hands held hers and the look in his eyes was unfathomable. She was bewildered by his actions.

Joe was taken back by the beauty that this woman posessed. He couldn't believe that a woman of such beauty would want to end her life.

"What is troubling you so much that you would do such a thing?" he asked as he gently rubbed her soft hands.

The more he looked at her the closer he came to just wanting to take her in his arms and hug and kiss her. It was taking all he had to keep from using his brute force to make her let him enjoy her. But he knew that at her fragile state he couldn't do that to a woman of such beauty and poise.

So he kept his feelings in check and continued to softly rub this wonderful specimen's delicate and fragile hands with his monstrous working hands.

His soft voice and gentle stroking of her hands relaxed her. She looked at him and sighed.

"I did not realize till this moment how depressed I have been. You see my husband died five years ago. He was my life, my love, my world. I am alone in the world you see. I have no family that could have comforted me"

She pressed her head into her favorite cushion and closed her eyes for a moment. When she opened them she saw his eyes travel the length of her but quickly brought his eyes back to hers so she figured it was her imagination.

"I want to thank you for saving my life. I can make you dinner as a proper thank you, would you like that"

Jane smiled at him and her beautiful face lit up.

God she is beautiful he thought to himself as he searched her body for flaws that he knew weren't there.

"Dinner sounds great. But you don't have anything to thank me for. I was just helping a lovely lady in her time of need." he said with that deep soft voice.

To bad I am so much of a gentleman he said to himself 'cause I would love to tear into that .

He stood up and looked down at her and smiled saying, "let me go get cleaned up, been on the farm all day, and I think you deserve a proper man."

Jane stood up gracefully and smiled at him again.

"Let me show you the bathroom"

She moved to the stairs and waved him on, as he followed her he could see her hips swaying before his eyes as she took the stairs. As she stood at the landing, she looked at him as if weighing something in her mind. Then she gracefully walked to her room with him in tow.

"It was a spacous room with strong cherrywood furniture, the massive king size bed was covered in a pink coverlet. The curtains at the windows matched the pattern of the coverlet. Pink doiley graced the dressers and mirrors graced the walls in stratigic positions. It was a room made for romance.

Jane walked to the closet and took out a pair of slacks and a sweater and looked at him.

"You know, you should choose what you want to wear, you are welcome to pick what you want"

She walked over to a door and pushed it open

"This is the bathroom and shower room"

She looked around her room.

"It is a lovely room isn't it, Joseph designed it before we were married and told me he did it with me in mind. Isn't that romantic"

She stood for a moment thinking then shook herself.

"Listen to me mooning when there is supper to be made"

She started to walk past the stranger when his hand whipped out and caught hers.

it begins

I have got to have this woman he said to himself.

He saw her moment of weakness and reached out and grabbed her hand. He pulled her to him like Clark Gable an their faces were inches away. He leaned in to kiss her and decided at the last second to kiss her cheek.

As he pulled his head back from her cheek, he moved to kis her lips. He kissed her lips as passionately as she had been kissed in years. He could feel her trembling with what he thought was fear, but wanted to make her feel like she hasn't felt in years.

He kissed her and at first he he wasn't receiving anything positive from her, then it was like she gave in. They began kissing like two people that had been seperated for too long. He kissed her and his hands made their way to her tight and supple ass. He couldn't believe that this woman was as starved for affection as she was. she had to be one of the most gorgeous women he had ever met.

Jane's heart beat quickly as he bent to kiss her and then at the last moment his warm lips went to her cheek making her smile. She was glad he was such a gentleman but a part of her wanted him and she knew it.

As she looked into his eyes, his mouth came down on hers. His kiss was sweet and stimulating, Jane trembled in anticipation. At first she was shy, not knowing what to do. After all her one and only man had been her husband.

Suddenly passion welled up in her and her arms went around his neck. Her kisses were torrid as she pressed and moved against his lips as if they had always been lovers.

She felt his hands move down her back and to her backside. As he squeezed her behind she groaned against his mouth. His tongue slipped into her mouth and intertwined with hers.
