The Wars (Comics) -- OOC // Casting Call

Hey all this is the OOC thread for 2 threads, Dc War & Marvel War.
(This is also a different thread to the SRP Thread)

The Concept is that the Marvel Comics and Dc Comics universes are both at war, not with each other, but with other warring factions in their own respective universe. This thread is the joint OOC thread for both teams. If we get enough interest we'll be putting up two IC threads.

Neither should be for the faint of Heart.

NOTE: each of these games occur in different dimensions to the normal universes, so you could play a Super-powered Batman, or a good version of Magneto.

Imagine getting to play your own take anyone in the Marvel Universe (Though obviously there are exceptions). Want to play a someone from the Dc Universe with a twist? Done. I myself will be playing both threads.
For the Marvel War thread I will be Playing Hawkeye, except he can use basic Magic. (Lord Hawke)
For Dc War I will be playing Killer Croc, except this time he's Oracle's Assistant.
Does this give you all an Idea of the range these threads can take?

Now for the bad. This thread can and will include character deathes. When someone comes up with a new idea they can have their character die to bring in the new one. I'm talking about this because each team has a membership of five. Because I am running a character in each thread the number of players for any team will be four. If you don't make the list quick enough you get the next opening. Returning players will go to the end of the line for placement.

Marvel Universe

In this marvel universe, Heroes were never accepted in the least, and few are ever truly accepted by the people of the world. Most notable of these are the Earth-Guard, Consisting of Captain America, Lord Hawke, She-Hulk and the Scarlett Witch.

Reed Richards never took to space with Ben Grimm, Johnny & Sue Storm & Victor Von Doom, and were instead replaced on the mission by Tony Stark. Tony Stark and Ben Grimm died during the cosmic incident. Doom returned to earth and became the messiah of latveria, and is famous for finding a cure for cancer. Sue Storm along with Johnny and Ben became a trio of heroes based in Australia known as the Fantastic Three

Namor revealed the existance of Atlantis to an accepting crowd, and along with David Kelly, The President of the USA, Started the world wide Atlantis aware contract. To this day the Seas have become a less polluted place.

Charles Xavier died during an accident in his early twenties. In his stead, his Friend Erik Lensherr and Brother Cain Marko, started up a secret school for mutants and those with powers.

In New York, A student named Peter Parker became the viscous villian known at The Spider. He eventually merged with a Symbiote and became a world wide threat. He was eventually killed in a nucleur explosion that destroyed England.

The vampire race was wiped off the face of the earth in the early 1920's after a virus affecting only vampires was unleashed by the United Nations Agency SHIELD.

The Gods chose to never reveal themsleves to this population.

Name: Clint Hawke
Aka: Lord Hawke
Affiliation: Earth-Guard

Powers: A range of Magical Powers favouring;
>Turning into a Hawk
>Conjuring and propelling magic arrows

History: Unknown he prefers to keep his history secret, though it is known that he is the Sorcerer Supreme. It also common knowledge that he is married to Scarlet Witch, to which they have 2 children, twin boys, named Thomas and William.

The four of them live happily at Guard Base 1, the Earth Guard Headquaters in Space.

Dc War Application

Name: Wayne Gordon
Aka: CrocBorg
Age: 19

Powers: Superhuman Stamina, Tough Hide, Healing Factor, Sharp Claws and teeth. Can Intergrate with technology. Can swin longer and faster than normal people. Numerous technological upgrades.

History: Found by Barbara Gordon during an outing as batgirl when she was 16, Barbara found a small reptillian baby crying in a swamp. She raised the child as her own, calling him Wayne Gordon, a homage to both her father and mentor.

After the joker crippled Barbara, he turned on young Wayne, and brutally attacked the child and threw acid at him.

Thankfully Bruce found the dying child and after helping Barbara, took the child to Ray Palmer, who helped the child in the only way he could, my injecting the child with Nanites.

Wayne soon became the hero known as CrocBorg training under both him Mother, Grandfather and Batman.
