Jacy was a fairy but not any normal fairy .. her long red hair and purple eyes she work a chain mail at her breasts and only a little bit hiding her family jewels..

She walked into a bar looking around her sword at her side not very many people knew she was a fire fairy and she always kept that quite for good reason but she was a warrior willing to fight if she had to as she sat down and got some Mead ..

She always had men looking at her but she never minded but she was tired of being alone she wanted some company but she bloody well wasn't going to ask for it .

Leshe

Leshe had walked into the Furious Ettin looking only for a person to work a caravan with him on the way to Sandurskar, and a few drinks. But the moment that red-headed fireball came in through the door he decided to stop searching.

He was a legendary Chain-fighter excellent both in close quarters and in distance. intelligent and capable, Leshe knew the worth of a warrior very quickly, and even byond the supple flesh and bravado of such little armor the woman was worth it. As she sat he waited a moment till she went to order a mead.

"My Tab Ollison." Leshe eyed her apreciatively, both as a warrior and as a woman. Certainly she carried a Treasured Chest. "My name is Leshe and i'm looking for a few people to partner a guard tour on a caravan. I think you'd fit right in along the way to Sandurskar."

Jacy looked at the man up and down "Really and what makes you think i'm interested in the likes of you " she smiled as she said it standing up

He grabbed the mead slid down the bar to her and held it out in his calloused palm.

"and you recieve at the very least this free cup of mead, even if you refuse, but give me a moment to change your mind and not only will we have a good night talking business, but once on the tour you'll recive meals and time simple guard work and 700 steel and gold pieces when we reach Sandurskar." he picked up another mug of Cormyr Ale, and took a quick drink of the stiff and foamy beverage. Licking his lips he continued. "And 700 Steel will buy you qutie a lot in the burning sands."

Jacy watched him "Sit down and we will talk " she sat down and took a long chug

"Tell me why me there are plenty of people around here that would be happy for the money"

She tipped her head to the side some of her hair brushed against her breast and she didn't do anything but watch him with open interest

Leshe took a quick sip of his Ale and put it back down. Looking more at her bicep and the strength in her sword arm than her other distracting elements.

"If you know who I am, you know that I have a reputation for finding Talent. My joibs tend to get done professionally and with little worry, because i know who I need. In this case I'm going to mneed a quick and skilled fighter able to go throught he sands on the way. And the lack of clothes suggests that you don't mind the heat or feel the cold."

he noted teh lack of armor and the Lengthy sword on her slender hip. Such characteristics suggesated a fast and mobile fighter, someone with a good eye for detail.

"Since you're not wearing a lot of armor and you have a long sowrd on a small frame, you're probably vvery fast, always good, but more importnatly you likely have a really good eye for detail, arrows from behind and assai;lants at other places. that means you'll ferret out ambushes better than say Marcher over there, at 6'6 in his full plate. He's capable but he wouldn't notice if I threw this mug at him from three feet away."

Leshe finished his mug and wiped the foam from his upper lip. "That's why you."

She looked at him and did a long dramatic sigh "When do we leave"

She proped her feet on a chair and looked at him "YOur very good at details but you sure you got them all " she smiled hideing a secret

"I get 800 in gold 500 in silver and there is no nogiatiateing on it " she smiled at him as she lifted up her glass

"I won't need a horse " she looked at him "HOw many other people are going ?"

Her terms were hard but fair. An extra hundred and some silver was easily something he'd part with out of the end pay. Why she wanted silver was beyond him, but if she decided it she'd get it.

"We leave at dawn, with the morning sun, and it's just us. it's a small caravan only two wagons, but it's carrying something valuable. We're running fast most of the time, hoping to avoid raiders. We're mostly insurance."

He had another round coming and two more mugs dropped.

"So a drink to a new business venture? And we'll get your signature in the morning. Till then why don't we get aquainted."

She raised a brow at him "Why not leave now and get a head start?" she looked at him Two wagons how many horses ?"

she relaxed as she order her self a meal and looked at him "What you do want to know?"

"It'll arive in the morning otherwise I would. Guard duty usually means that we don't get to pick times like that. But we'll stay with the caravan. There's two horses for us though. In case we need them. I was looking forward to one mroe night in a comfy bed before I hit the road again."

When the barmaid came around with meals he harldy noticed her for the distraction, his new partner was throwing at him. He'd have to get her something to cover herself with later or else he might not be as effective as he was supposed to be.

Jacy watched him as he looked over her body and grinned "My name is Jacy" she started to dig in and eat "Your name ?"

as she moaned in pleasure at food its been three whole days since she last ate and she was going to enjoy this as she looked at him "did you metion a soft bed" she groaned how she missed sleepign in one of those as well ..

He seemed surprised a moment that she didn't know who he was. Maybe he'd get this girl's services for cheaper than he originally bargained. No matter he was authourised a 1000 pieces of gold and a retainer. but still hsi eyebrow rose a moment. It had been so long since he was asked.

"I'm Leshe. Also known as the Chainsman I understand I've brooked a reputation so far as Cormyr, and down to Waterdeep. But I suppose it's just been so long. I must be getting rusty in my old age. "I did mention a soft bed. And I think there's more than enough to find you one as well." he signalled for another meal, the girl looked famished.

"You seem you haven't eaten in a week girl. Not wise for a warrior."

Jacy wasn't about to tell him that she lived really far and that her and her dragon were comeing here but to find work because her people were killed and she was the last of her kind "I live in sire glenn " she looked at him "I have a pet I hope he won't be a problem to this trip though he does get in the way sometimes " she smiled at him ...

Sire Glenn, That was a big journey. No one went there, that was past the Dragonspire, far on the edge. "Then you've certainly come a distance. I do have to ask what form of pet?"

Did she have a dog, Considering the area it was probably a lizard of some type. or a snake, he liked those they worked almost better than a dog at keeping the camp clean and they hunted for themselves.

"It shouldn't change much there'll be no one else. Now did you want me to get you a room for you and your pet?"

She smiled "No I'll sleep out side just make sure you get a mattress to put in the spare wagon " she grinned at him "My pet is a little to big to be comeing in here he kinda a clutz and he just might tear everything up and I don't want to scare the residents" she smiled at him

"That means we'll need a spare wagon." Leshe was thinking, what kind of pet she could possibly have.

"Alright I'll make arrangements for that, but you'll need to buy the wagon from your pay." He got up and thought better a half hitch. "Won't you need a blanket or something to sleep out doors?"

She looked at him and smiled "NO my pet keeps me warm if you like you may see him " she smiled as she drank the reast of her mead "though I should warn you he very protective of me for certain reason "

He thought about it but no.

"I think I'll meet your pet in the morning. I'll take the fresh wagon and mattress from your hiring fee, and I suppose that tomorrow we'll find you out by the stables. Are you sure you don't need anything else for the night?"

lLeshe stopped to tell the waitress to add anything else to his bill, if the girl drunk herself to stupor he'd know and it was better to find out that way than another.

"If not I'm not as young as I once was and I could use some rest for the night. We'll see you in the morning, 2 hours from Cock's crow."

She looked at him as she got up "Very well But be sure your man hood is in take I refuse to be around cocks all day " she walked out of the tavern

She headed into the forrest as she let her body and wings come out catching on fire as she smiled at her friend as he poked his head out "HEllo there big guy did you find something to eat a deer I hope" she hugged him as she crawled on his back and went to sleep ...


The next morning she was up before the sun as she told her pet to stay right there and then she would call him when it was safe she sat at the stables waiting ...

Her chainmail were red today as well as her pants well what you would call pants they were just enough to cover her privates and that was about it as she wored red boots relaxed she wondered how long she would have to wait for Leshe

He had gotten up early to buy a wagon.

Of all things a spare wagon, truly his ability to read his recruits must be slipping, he'd never have agreed to that before. But there was something about this woman, More than just her provocative dress and a treasure chest that rivaled dragon hoards.

She seemed different. And now he was dragging a wagon with hitch and loaded with a straw mattress and 8 bags of feed. It had cost a pretty penny, but by this time what did he care for money. Sizzle, his Chain was worth more than an entire town, so what did a few gold pieces for a wagon matter.

As he pulled up to the outside of the inn she was already waiting, Not wearing much difernt from the previous day, and not caring that the morning chill was still fresh in the air.

"Are you ready to leave? and where is this pet of yours?"

Jacy smiled at him "We well be meeting him when we get out of town "

She got up and took the reins of the wagon as she looked at him "So do you want me to drive the other wagon or should I sit here and just look like I'm being useful "

She smiled at him as she relaxed the against the seat thinking nothing of it

Her smile was infectious, and stupifying all at once. It brightened her entire face and caught like a wildfire. Completely by surprise, and all too quickly. Soon he was smiling as well, a goofy grin against his face.

"You can help me hitch horses to this one But yes you can drive it. The merchant will be driving his caravan, and standard rules apply. Don't look at the cargo and don't destroy anything. Since we're such a small wagon train I doubt we'll have much trouble. Come we'll hitch the horses and find your pet." Leshe produced a small parchment.

"Just make your mark here first in good faith and we'll meet you on the outskirts of town, Jali will be expecting me to show up and greet him before we lead him to you. Can you be on the west bank with the wagon and pet?"

 

[Dragonlady]

Jacy nodded "Sure " she moved quickly hitching the horses as she spoke softly to them she understood animals well as she petted them and showed them what her friend looked like so they wouldn't be spooked as she got in the wagon


"Meet you there " she smiled and got to the west bank and sat down as she gave a whistle waiting for her dragon to come out of hideing .. It didn't take him long to find her as He sat down while she petted his head and he gave a soft little purr

Soon the caravan rumbled forth, Jali at the helm while Leshe rode in the seat beside him. The horses whinnied as they were brought to a stop.

"Are you ready to go Jacy, nothing else you need, we're off to Sandurskar, and there's nothing but desert for quite some time after we leave here."

Jacy smiled "I'm good to go Leshe this is my pet Elgon " she pointed to the dragon and smiled "HE will be watching the skys for us " she got in the wagon and smiled

"Lead the way Leshe"
