I didn't want to post a downer post, but as you know, I'm going through a very bad time of my life. So, when I read this, I couldn't think of a single thing.

I got told today that I was a good person, that I was sweet. So, I'd say that would have to be it.

My inner strength. I have always had the ability to deal with crisis situations and not fall apart. (or at least I don't fall apart until after everyone else is done with THEIR nervous breakdowns).

Because I admit that things are best with only one of me to put up with, of course. But thank you, thank you... *takes a bow*

I have a high level of tolerance. I try to empathise with people to understand where they are coming from, especially in my job, where I understand that people under stress are not always polite and considerate. That people from different cultures, and socio economic backgrounds ( thats not patronising btw) react differently also. I try to follow a "do unto others" moral code, and to "walk a mile in their shoes".
Also I have a high tolerance to pain.
