The cold air stung the trail of wetness that fresh tears had left on her face as Harmony walked out of the Garnier house. Her father had just gone off into one of his rants about the rumors of his daughter being involved with a De'LaFontane. " This is absurd. My daughter would not get within 10 feet of that De'LaFontane boy. She would never let her family down." That was one of her fathers favorite lines to say around her when he had his violent rants. Harmony figured her father said that because her face would become guilt stricken and he could tell that the rumors were true. Unfortunately, Harmony had a great poker face when it came to her father. She had been lying to her family for so long. But holding her love for Marcus inside of her was becoming harder and harder as the days dragged on. The crisp air of the city felt like heaven in her lungs and she attempted to hide the fact that something was digging at the core of her. Harmony’ silk dress brushed the ground quietly. Her dress was a dark purple color that clung to every curve of her feminine body. The top of the dress was fitted so it showed it an ample amount of cleavage, more cleavage than normal towns woman were willing to show. Yet, she walked with dignity and respect

A small smile came to her lips as she headed for the alleyway where she was to meet to her lover. Markus and Harmony met every other day in various alleyways then they would make their way to a hiding place for the night. She knew them meeting like this was incredibly dangerous but she felt like she was going to die if she did not see him as much as possible. She hoped Markus was unharmed by his family since a new rumor had started to circulate around Paris. She knew that if her family had gotten wind of it then his had gotten word of it as well. Harmony prayed and hoped the day when they could be together without worries would sooner than later for their safety. She turned the corner and headed further from the Garnier home and closer to De'LaFontane territory.

Marcus made his way to the meeting place with Harmony with a worry look on his face. The new rumors on the streets of Paris could only spell problems for both Harmony and himself. But his worries were for Harmony as she was still living with her family. Where's he lived by himself and didn't have to answer to his family. Dressed all in black and being light on his feet helped not to draw
attention to himself. A soft smile appeared on his face at the thought of Harmony. He hadn't seen her in two days now, and that was another reason he worried so about her.

He took a detour through the streets where most of the hookers walked. Most of them knew him well, and they also knew of him and Harmony. When he saw Ginette he waved her over and she went quickly. "Walk with me into your building Ginette just in case someone saw me. She smiled as she knew he was to meet his Harmony. Inside the building he went through the back and she waited for a while before she went back into the street. He scanned the alleyway ahead for any possible vampire than continue to his meeting place. He crossed a few alleyways than headed straight to where she was to meet him. He spotted a lone figure and knew it was harmony. That sensuous walk was unmistakable hers. She must've seeing him as her steps quickened.
He smiled and he almost ran to her.

They flew into each others arms. Their mouth came together into a devouring kiss.

As the mother of Marcus she knew there was no one she could trust with the task of tracking her son.

This night when she had arrived at his hone she was too late. He had already left for the night.

She headed down town. Paris was always interesting.

Harmony's father didn't trust her so much now that the rumours about her were gaining strength. So he wanted to prove it for himself and sent Evangeline, the one member of the family he believed too stupid to disobey. For the most part she was right. She did however do a good job of staying out of sight and had followed her to the alley where she met with the De'Lafontane in question. She kept quiet but continued watching from around the corner.

Marcus caught a glimpse of someone trying to hide by moving back into the darker shadows. Being suspicious of everyone. He pulled Harmony in the shadows without breaking the kiss. She looked up at him wondering what happened.

"I have a feeling you've been fallowed Harmony. I've spotted someone trying to hide right where you came from, and if I'm not mistaken I think it's a woman. How much do you trust your sister Evangeline."

He could still see part of her head as she tried to look at them. He waited till she moved back than ducked behind a truck parked
there making a delivery. Harmony didn't have time to say anything but fallowed silently. They both jumped on top of the truck and watched.

Vange lost sight of them. She looked around, wondered if she should follow deeper lest she be caught. Deciding it better not to piss of father she crept into the alley past the truck. They were gone.

"Oh no, where'd they go. Daddy's gonna kill me." She muttered as she continued her trek through the filthy alley her hands holding her dress up off the ground.

I wondered into a lower class area and was surprised to see Evangeline.

I stepped deeper into the shadows. Following her and keeping her unaware had been childs play.

I did not take long to under stand that she was following someone. Her displeasure at being there was written all over her face.

I senced movement that the child had not.

I decided to wait and find out who was evading the youngster.

If my sences were not being fooled someone was behind the truck now waiting in the deep shadows. I knew I was also very deep in the shadows.

It was highly unlikley the other hidden party would have any idea I was about.

Over a long period of time always being on guard from being discovered with harmony. Marcus developed a sixth sense, he could sense another vampire was about. He could see Evangeline walking around now as she was looking for them. He whispered to Harmony that another vampire was around for her remain down.

Luck was with them as the driver came out from the building and got into the truck. After a few moment the truck drove
away. He had no idea where they were going but didn't care as long it was away from here.

He spotted the other vampire when he turned around to look at Evangeline. He couldn't tell who it was from that distance as the
truck was driving away faster.

As the truck drove away Vangy looked around but there was no sight of the others. Soon their scent faded and she was alone.

"Oh I am in so much trouble." She proclaimed to herself knowing daddy was going to be a might bit pissed that she couldn't even follow people. She headed back the other way, concentrating on keeping her dress off of the road more than what was around her. All the while mumbling about what punishment was in store.

Harmony glanced over to Marcus with a smile on her face as the driver took off down the streets of Paris. They always seemed to get away from whoever was chasing them down and she knew that only caused the search for them to thicken. She leaned over and planted a soft kiss on his cheek then hugged him tightly. Harmony know how much Marcus put on the line when he would sneak off to meet her but she had the same risks involved.

She was jerked off balance as the truck came to a sudden stop and the driver got out of the truck. They were thick in Garnier territory and things had just gotten very dangerous for Marcus and Harmony. She leaned over to Marcus and whispered softly into his ear, "Perhaps, we should make our way to neutral territory? This could be a very bad situation for us."

Marcus kept turning around to make sure no one was fallowing them. He knew Evangeline lost track of the. But it was the other vampire was bothering him. He smiled at harmony when she kissed him on the cheek. When he looked ahead, he began to look around closer as he recognized the area they were in.

Now he starting to get a little worry as the truck was driving into Garnier territory. "Great" he said to himself. They just got away from Evangeline and the other vampire, and now they were getting into deeper problems.

He held tight when the truck stopped a little to quick. He looked at Harmony and he didn't have to say anything. She already knew where they were. He looked at her when she leaned towards him whispering softly. "Perhaps, we should make our way to neutral territory? This could be a very bad situation for us."

"A very bad situation is an understatement love. If we don't get out of here and quick. We'll never get out ever." They got down off the truck, and Harmony lead the way as she knew this area better than he did.

Maggie felt the vampires departing, she knew they were in the truck. It may well have been her son. Why else would they run.

Evangilina came back ut of the alley.

It was a simple matter to stay out of her sences. HEr words made it appearent that she had follow Harmony, which met it was most likely her son she was with.

She looked after the truck she was aware that it was likely to be going into Garnier territory. She headed in that direction as well keeping well to the shadows.
