This could work as either a group thread or a one-on-one. Basically the idea is that a vampire falls in love with his victim and decides to turn her instead of kill her. She may hate him for it at first, but he locks her up and leaves her until her thirst is so great that she begs him to drink, after which he lets her bite his arm. Eventually she learns to accept her new life as a vampire and comes to adore her former captor. Additional writers could play vampires or werewolves or some other characters.
However, these are not the pansy-ass sparkly vampires of Twilight. They do not, however, burn in the Sun as long as they suppress their powers. In this world, vampires are not undead, but rather normal humans enhanced by demon blood. When they embrace their true nature, the whites of their eyes turn black while the irises turn bright red. They grow fangs, their skin turns white, and their physical capabilities increase dramatically. Many of them also eventually learn to wield dark magic.
At first, it is extremely difficult to control the transformations between Human and Vampire, as emotions and senses are heightened and unstable. But with time and patience, it becomes easier, ultimately granting them the ability to trigger or repress their Vampire Form at will. In Human Form, they are like any other human and can live in the sunlight and eat normal foods. When they shift into Vampire Form, they require blood to sustain themselves and their skin and eyes become incredibly sensitive to solar radiation. If one stays in Human Form too long without transforming, however, it becomes increasingly harder to keep the inner demon at bay, and any remaining humanity within begins to corrupt. One who does not feed their demon side occasionally will ultimately succumb to it and turn into Vampire Form permanently, all shreds of humanity lost. This is the constant internal struggle for all vampires.
Vampires can still procreate in their Human Forms, but the offspring are born normal, given that the demon properties are dormant at the time of conception. While pregnant, females are unable to transform, however their inner demons still begin to grow due to such a long period without release. This can usually be warded off through meditation or protective seals, but once she gives birth, she will immediately transform and need to feed. Once the children reach maturity, they will usually be given their first sip of demon blood if the parents intend to make them vampires as well.
The story would start with the female character's siring, but then could expand in a number of directions from there.
