Section 365 - states something along the lines of if you make a purchase of over $10,000 it is to be reported to the government by the business. That business has to report your name, address, social security number and other pertinent information to the Governement.
What does your purchasing $10,000 worth of goods have to do with international terrorism?
I don't know. I thought the news said the terrorists in this attack all they used was picture ID, Passports and box cutters.
Could this be an attack on Private Enterprise?
Again I don't know, but similar legislation has occured in New Brunswick canada, I don't know if its Canada wide, but most small business owners here make thier purchases less tha n the limit cause when they go over someone always comes a knocking on the door.
Just food for thought. Maybe we can get a few thoughts on both sides of the issue, a few democrats, a few republicans and a few libertarians to reply please.
